At TruckSpy We're always working hard to improve our product. We're extremely excited to announce that we just released a major update to our ELD on December 30, 2022.
Whether you’re already a TruckSpy customer or you’re wondering if a TruckSpy ELD could work for your fleet, here’s what you can expect:
What's improving?
- Bluetooth Connectivity Improvements
Your phone/tablet/scanner will now automatically connect to the truck with no driver intervention whatsoever. Reconnection success should also be improved dramatically.
- Improved UI
We've cleaned up our user interface to reduce the complexity and make it easier for drivers to navigate. While the colors and button sizes will change slightly, the menu structure and functions will not. The one major change is that driver edits have been significantly streamlined.
- Improved Performance
We've made significant performance improvements. Driver will notice the ELD responds instantly to their inputs.
The Do-It-All Fleet Management Platform.
Start Today, No Contract. No CC.
What you should know:
- ELD Cab Materials
While your existing cab materials are still valid with this update, we have taken this opportunity to update our driver manual and DOT cab card.
- Training Video
We have pushed a 2-3 minute training video to all of your tablets along with the update. We encourage drivers to watch the video for a quick overview of what is changing and as a refresher on using the ELD.
- Enchanced Support Availability
We've augmented the support team for this launch and will be available 24/7 to help resolve any issues with the update.
Don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@truckspy.io with any questions.
