This year marks the 35th anniversary of Driver Appreciation Week! We’re immensely grateful for the hard work and sacrifice of all our drivers out on the road. So much of what we do on a day to day basis is made possible by the work that truck drivers do. 

Last year we covered some deals drivers can take advantage of during Driver Appreciation Week and for the entire month of September. This year we’re doing the same, and we’ve even added a couple more to the list:

Love’s Truck Stops

Drivers can access special deals throughout September by joining the My Love Rewards program or downloading the Love’s Connect app. 

From September 11-15, Love’s is having daily deals on select food and drink items through the Love’s Connect App. 

While supplies last, drivers can even score a free hat by purchasing a 3-pack of gloves for $9.99.

Sheetz

To celebrate the 35th annual Driver Appreciation Week, Sheetz will be reducing the price of diesel fuel by 35 cents per gallon at all of their locations. The discount will be offered from September 4-16. 

From September 4-16 you can also get diesel exhaust fluid at Sheetz for 99 cents per gallon.

Drivers can get additional discounts on food and drink items on the Sheetz app through the beginning of October. Download the app here.

TravelCenters of America

TA is offering special services and activities for truck drivers during the week of September 10-17 to show their appreciation. These initiatives include: 

• Cookouts
• Thank You’ cards with coupons
• Window washes
• Truck mid-trip and tire inspections

During the entire month of September, drivers can use the myRewards Plus app to receive 3 free drinks each week.

Denny’s and Motel 6

This year Denny’s and Motel 6 have partnered together to offer a special breakfast deal for truckers during the month of September.

From September 5-30, drivers who visit a Denny’s location inside a travel center take advantage of the Motel $6 Meal Deal Trucker Breakfast, which includes two buttermilk pancakes, two bacon strips, two sausage links and two eggs.
